3rd Boeing 757-200 joins Titan Airways

Titan Airways have taken delivery of their 3rd Boeing 757-200 aircraft. Pictured prior to pick up in Istanbul and now registered G POWH, the aircraft will join one other Boeing 757 GZAPX at the company's London Stansted base for ad hoc charter work and airline sub charter and lease opportunities. The aircraft will enter service on the 1st July 2012 after cabin refurbishment and the addition of our new slim line variable geometry seats. The configuration will match the other Boeing 757 aircraft within the fleet which will comprise of 202 leather seats, with the ability to convert the cabin from 202Y at 6 abreast down to 134Y at 4 abreast. The outer seats becoming wider and the middle seat converting to a drop down table. A variety of seat configuration options are available with the variable geometry seating concept with the ability to change seats from row 1 to the last row in the aircraft. The 2nd aircraft that was delivered entered service with Icelandair on a dry lease in April 2012 for a period of 18 months.
