British Airways has contracted Titan to fly a range of short-haul routes from London Heathrow between mid-February and mid-March 2023. We are fulfilling the wet lease on behalf of our national flag carrier with a mix of Airbus A320 and Airbus A321neo aircraft.
We are pleased to say that our aircraft and crew have been well-received by BA’s passengers, and we are proud of the feedback we have received.
I write to congratulate you and your team on one of the best service flights I have had since, well…before 2019!
The flight was smooth and effortless so, a credit to your pilots. The cabin service: smart, cheerful attentive and exemplary in every way. A special credit to Herandi (cabin lead?) for her excellent work and example to the team.
Your aircraft gave the impression more of a private jet than the usual regular bus service.
