Titan Airways’ aim is to ensure its business and activities contribute positively to society. We accept the importance of a responsible approach to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Our ESG Strategy and Policies detail our commitment to sustainable operations, continuous improvement, and ethical governance, with this statement providing an overview.
1. Scope
Titan Airways is a privately owned charter airline, established in 1988. We operate a fleet of modern passenger and freight aircraft on charter operations throughout the world. We support other airlines providing aircraft and crew at short notice to ensure continued operations for those airlines. In addition, we operate charters for corporations, sports teams and governments (including humanitarian missions). We employ a workforce that provides employment for up to 400 people throughout the year. We consider the scope of our ESG to be applicable to all business units, operations, employees, contractors, and locations where Titan Airways has control. We consider ESG aspects within all business functions and will strive to continually improve our practices, using our data management tools as a form of environmental management system (EMS) to support us in doing so.
2. Leadership commitment
The Titan Airways Board commit to:
- Integrating ESG into strategic planning, with clear oversight and resources.
- Regularly reviewing ESG performance and EMS through management review, usually on an annual basis.
3. Environmental commitments
Titan Airways has adopted the following environmental commitments:
- We are committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon emissions by 2050.
- We will maintain safe operations despite changes to the climate.

- We will monitor performance against legislation and take corrective actions to ensure we remain compliant.
4. Social responsibilities
