Working as a member of cabin crew at Titan Airways is not just a job, it’s a way of life full of adventure. If you’re looking for a 9-5, this is not the right job for you. As a member of our crew, you will work on a roster with a mix of flying, standby duties and, of course, time off. This could mean unsociable hours, being called on last minute or spending time away from home but, for the right people, the rewards outweigh the sacrifices.
As Titan cabin crew you’ll have the opportunity to work onboard a diverse and exciting range of flights from rapid response go-now operations to longer term aircraft lease programmes, from package holiday flights to high-end jet expeditions. You might even get the chance to be involved in one of our more unusual air charter projects. You’ll need to be flexible, motivated and eager to tackle new challenges whenever you report for duty.
Our cabin crew play a key role in onboard safety, while delivering outstanding customer care every flight. We provide full training and support, so you’ll quickly feel confident as part of our friendly team. And, as we’re a relatively small airline, you’ll find there are plenty of opportunities to step outside the traditional cabin crew role and develop your career both in the skies and on the ground. Our size also means you’ll get to know your colleagues well and we’re sure that you’ll make long-lasting friendships here.
We currently have cabin crew based at London Stansted, where our UK headquarters are located, and at London Gatwick, where we have a smaller operation.

It’s a job that grabs you. It’s not your 9-5… but the benefits outweigh that. We’re proud to say that you’re not just a number here. Everybody knows who you are.
