Working as a Titan Airways pilot is more than just a job, it’s a passion. At Titan our routes, customers and missions vary daily, so your life may not be routine. At times you may have to work unsociable hours, be on standby duty or spend time away from home. This might not suit everyone but, if you thrive on new challenges, we could be the right airline for you.
As a pilot at Titan, you’ll have the opportunity to fly a diverse and exciting range of flights worldwide from rapid response AOG recovery to longer term aircraft lease programmes, from package holiday flights to high-end jet expeditions, from express cargo flights to the delivery of humanitarian aid.
We take on pilots at all levels, including cadets. Our cadets are chosen from aspiring pilots working elsewhere in our business, as well as from the Approved Training Organisation (ATO), Leading Edge Aviation. Our modest size means you will have plenty of opportunity to progress your flying career from cadet to first officer, to captain, to training captain and beyond. Our management pilots are all internal appointments and they, in turn, are invested in the development and progression of their teams. For a successful pilot career with us you’ll need to be adaptable, resourceful and passionate about what we do.
We currently have pilots based in the UK at London Stansted and London Gatwick and at Malta International Airport, Malta. At present, we only have freight aircraft registered on our Maltese AOC so the range of flying available to Maltese-based pilots is limited.
