Expectant mothers

You can fly with us up to the end of the 35th week for single pregnancies. If you are expecting twins (or more), you can fly up to the end of your 32nd week of pregnancy. Medical certification is not required.

Babies and young children

Babies under six months of age must be carried in the arms of an adult and secured to their seat belt by the supplementary infant restraint device provided by our crew onboard.

Over six months and up to the age of two, children can either sit on an adult’s lap using the extension seat belt or, when a seat has been purchased, they can use a safety car seat compatible with and properly secured to the aircraft seat. We can only allow one infant (under 2 years of age on date of travel) per row of seats.

Children aged between two and three must either be secured in a seat with a seat belt or secured in a child-type safety seat, which, in turn, is properly secured to the aircraft seat.

Buggies and pushchairs may be taken to the aircraft door for boarding, but then must be placed in the hold. They must be tagged at check-in.

Children under the age of 14 cannot sit in emergency exit rows.

Unaccompanied children

Children over the age of five can travel as unaccompanied minors. They are considered minors up to the age of 14. Please let your tour operator or booking agent know at least seven days before the flight. Appropriate arrangements must be in place for the handover and meeting of children.
