In-flight services


The catering on our aircraft varies from flight to flight, from a simple buy-onboard kiosk service to multi-course menus.

Many of our tour operator partners – including Santa’s Lapland, Esprit Ski, Ski Total, Inghams, Neilson Active Holidays, Skiworld, Club Med and Hurtigruten – opt for buy-onboard catering, with drinks and light snacks available to purchase from our kiosk.

For those travelling with any of our other partners, your tour operator or booking agent will let you know the catering choices available on your flight.

On catered flights, we can accommodate a variety of dietary requirements, but please ensure you advise your tour operator or booking agent a minimum of seven days before you travel.

Peanut allergies

Please let your tour operator, booking agent or group organiser know at least seven days before you fly if you have a peanut allergy. In severe cases, we will not load any peanuts on to the aircraft and will make an announcement asking passengers who have brought peanuts with them not to open them on board.

In-flight entertainment

Our Airbus A330 has on-demand, seat-back, in-flight entertainment throughout – simply sit back, relax and enjoy.

Wireless in-flight entertainment is also available on our A320 and B757 aircraft, allowing you to stream films, programmes, newspapers, magazines and music to your mobile, e-book, tablet or laptop.

Once onboard, simply connect to the wireless network Titan IFE and open the app.
