Our sincere congratulations to Manchester City on their Champions League win at the weekend. On Saturday 10th June City defeated Inter Milan to win the League for the first time and complete the Treble. The victory makes them only the second English club in history to secure Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League titles in the same season.
Titan Airways flew the Team to out to Istanbul on the Thursday before the Final at the Ataturk Stadium and returned with jubilant Club staff and VIP’s the day after. The flights, operated by our A321neo G-POWT, were arranged on the Club’s behalf by air charter broker Air Charter Travel Limited.
The aircraft was configured with 80 business class seats and 18 standard seats. The cabin and crew were dressed in the Club’s signature colours for the occasion.
Our charter team also arranged a second aircraft, an Airbus A330, for additional supporting staff and friends and family of the Club.
We are proud to have been a small part of this historic moment for Man City and look forward to flying for the Club in future seasons.
